How It Started, and Why It Still Matters

It began in 2014 as an ordinary job selling mushroom extracts. Over time, those ingredients became more than products on a quotation sheet. We developed a genuine interest in them, and some of the mushroom extracts we supply have also become part of our own routines.
We believe ingredients intended for people’s everyday wellbeing deserve care long before they reach a finished product. For us, that begins with knowing what the material is, agreeing on the specification and being able to check the information behind it.
Working primarily with European customers has reinforced the value of clear technical information, attentive communication and reliable order follow-up. We want buyers to feel confident about what they purchase and know that their questions will receive a serious answer.
QUALITY IN PRACTICE

Quality Is in the Details We Check

Before shipment, we review product specifications and COAs, verify production batch numbers, arrange independent third-party testing when needed, and check packaging, labels and shipping documents.
We also retain reference samples under our quality management procedure until one year after the applicable product shelf life ends. If questions arise after delivery, those samples and the corresponding records can support a more specific review.
Quality management, to us, is not simply a statement on a website. It is the work carried out for each order—and the responsibility to follow up when a problem is identified.

When an Order Increased at Short Notice

A customer once added 3,000 kg of Lion’s Mane extract to an existing order at short notice. We coordinated additional production staffing, and the extra quantity was completed within 10 days. The shipment went out on its originally scheduled date.
This was a specific delivery challenge, not a standard lead time for Lion’s Mane extract or other products. It illustrates how we respond when an order changes unexpectedly.
